First forest in Sweden!

One more European establishment. France Valley has just completed the acquisition of a first forest in Sweden. Located in the municipality of Ramsele, in the county of Västernorrland, it has an area of 717 hectares. Composed mainly of pine and spruce trees, this asset will be housed within France Valley Foncière Europe. This pan-European forestry fund constitutes a solution for asset diversification, which is also eligible for the disposal proceeds reuse scheme. As a reminder, France Valley is now present in nine European countries: France, Finland, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland and Sweden.
