Investing in forests allows you to diversify your assets in a market that has little correlation to the major financial markets. Secondly, forestry investment can be accompanied by progressive valorization in a long-term approach. Without prejudging future performance,the price per hectare of large-area forests has increased in Europe by around 3.5% per year for 20 years. Under certain conditions, forestry investment has an attractive tax framework : it is not included in the calculation of the IFI, allows you to benefit from a reduction in income tax when investing and benefits from a 75% reduction on transfer taxes free of charge (inheritance and donation). These systems are put in place in return for a risk of capital loss.
