As a management company approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in 2014, France Valley has become the benchmark for land investment and usufruct investment in real estate funds, applying the best standards in asset management: asset and selectivity management, management of investment vehicles, investor information, back office and internal control. Investment
Prior to France Valley, Guillaume co-founded La Société d’Investissement Forestier, of which he was President.
He is also co-founder of UFG Private Equity (La Française Asset Management Group – 50 billion euros under management), a Management Company of which he was a Member of the Management Board for 10 years,
and which raises a total of 350 million euros, both from institutional funds (FCPR) and funds intended for individuals (FCPI and FIP); creation, structuring, obtaining AMF approval, implementation of the Business Model and strategy of UFG Private Equity
He began his career in London in Investment Banking,
within the investment bank Lehman Brothers.
Guillaume is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech.

Prior to France Valley, Arnaud co-founded La Société d’Investissement Forestier, of which he was Managing Director.
Former auditor within the Anglo-Saxon firm Arthur Andersen before joining the Thalès group to participate in investment operations in technology companies,
Arnaud then exercised this investment capital profession within Seventure (Natixis group) then UFG Private Equity (La Française Asset Management Group – 50 billion euros under management), of which he became a Member of the Management Board. In this capacity he carries out venture capital, development capital and LBO operations.
Arnaud graduated from ESC Toulouse.

Within France Valley, Clément leads, with general management, the investment and forest management policy of the Forestry Groups.
Before joining France Valley, he was responsible for managing the forest assets of members of the CFBL forestry cooperative.
He was more particularly in charge of northern Burgundy.
He was also responsible for land transactions for this area within the Investissement Forestry and Heritage subsidiary.
Clément is a graduate of the Ecole des Barres (Forest Management) and has a Master’s degree in rural law and agribusiness from IHEDREA.

Thomas has worked for more than 20 years in the banking sector in structuring, financing and business development.
He started in 2003 at Dexia in Project Finance then at Société Générale in Asset Finance with a particular focus on Italy, Brazil and Eastern Europe.
He subsequently joined the BRED Banque Populaire Group in 2011 to take charge of FIPROMER, a subsidiary specializing in financial and tax consulting and engineering and is a major operator in the field of financing for overseas territories.
In 2018,
he is creating a new Partnership and New Business department to support the bank's new opportunities linked to the Open Banking models "as a service" and "as a platform" and growth relays with partners.
Thomas is a qualified Civil Mining Engineer.
He joins France Valley to complete the development division as part of the deployment of our funds in Europe.

After starting out at Allianz, Aurélien went on to work at HSBC in Paris as an analyst specialising in real estate and project finance, developing in-depth expertise in these areas.
His time at Osae Partners as a senior account manager was marked by significant contributions to the success of the real estate investment fund.
Aurélien now joins France Valley as Deputy Director of Usufruimmo, using his skills and strategic vision to drive the company's development.
Aurélien is a graduate of ESCP.

Before joining France Valley, Emeric worked for 4 years in wealth management at HSBC Private Banking, with high-end French clients, as a member of the Front.
He joined France Valley to manage in investments and management of forestry assets.
Emeric holds a Master’s degree from Neoma Business School and a second Master’s degree from Paris Dauphine University in Wealth Management. He also obtained a BTS in Forest Management.

Camille began with a degree in Economics and Management at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, followed by a Master 1 in Sustainable Development and Organizational Responsibility at the University of Paris Dauphine. During a gap year,
she acquired significant experience as an ESG analyst at Natixis TradEx Solutions and Natural Capital Officer at WWF France. Her end-of-study internship at CDC Biodiversité deepened her understanding of the financial risks linked to biodiversity and extra-financial regulations in France and Europe.
Today, as ESG Manager at France Valley, she puts her expertise into practice to address environmental and social challenges.

Lucie, an engineer specializing in wood and a graduate of the École Supérieure du Bois, has developed in-depth expertise in the forestry field. His career includes varied missions, ranging from forest management to leading marking teams, including reforestation projects and forest expertise.
She also contributed to audit and restructuring projects within the Forestry Committee.
She joins France Valley as European Asset Management Monitoring Manager.

Before joining France Valley, Louis-Gatien worked for 3 and a half years at KPMG in the “Finance Strategy & Performance” department, with the Financial Departments of Large Groups, around their strategic issues.
He joined France Valley to strengthen the Investment teams on the management monitoring side.
Louis-Gatien holds a Master’s degree from EMLYON Business School and a BTS in Forestry Management.

Hermine enriched her professional career by completing a work-study program at HSBC in the Structured Finance team, focusing on investment. Prior to that, she gained significant experience during two six-month internships at Truffle Capital,
one in the biomedical investment team and the other in the financial management of the management company.
Alongside her professional career, Hermine obtained a professional agricultural baccalaureate in 2023, followed by an MSc in International Finance at Rennes School of Business, completed by the Grandes Écoles Program.

Guillaume started out as a finance professional at Fédérale Finance, where he was introduced to the world of private debt and non-listed investments. He then consolidated his experience with a two-year position in infrastructure structured finance at Crédit Agricole CIB, developing a keen interest in financial modeling and investment monitoring.
Seeking social impact through his work, Guillaume then sought to join a company investing in assets with a positive impact on society, which led him to join the France Valley team.
Guillaume is a graduate of Edhec Business School, where he obtained a Master 1 in Business Management and a Master 2 in Corporate Finance. He also enriched his background with a summer program in Singapore.

Anne studied law in Paris and worked as an associate in different law firms. She then worked in various sectors, such as real estate and audiovisual production. More recently, she joined France Valley,
and joins the investments team to manage purchasing and legal and administrative operations. She graduated from the professional training school of the Paris bar.

Nicolas began his career by completing an internship at Louis Dreyfus Company, where he held the position of management control assistant within the FP&A team. He then continued as an apprentice at Duons France, also specializing in management control. His career became international with a fixed-term contract at Duons Australia,
in Brisbane, where he served as Deputy DAF and Logistics Manager.
Today, he joins the France Valley team as an investment assistant.
Nicolas Calabrese

Prior to France Valley, Aude provided administrative management of SCPI liabilities within several Portfolio Management Companies. She also worked as a middle office manager within a financial consulting company specializing in SCPIs.
For several years Aude was a sports instructor for sports halls, associations, companies and individuals.
Aude holds a BTS Action Commerciale.

Alice worked as a supplier accountant at Veolia Environnement CSP in 2008, where she worked until 2017.
In 2023, she worked as an assistant at TEAMAXE, where she was responsible for controlling store receipts and preparing orders linked to public markets.
Currently, Alice occupies the back office position at France Valley, where she plays an essential role in the administrative and accounting processing of the company's operations.

Business Development
Gilles has worked in wealth management and asset management for over 20 years.
He began his career at AGF Assurfinance as a Manager and joined the UFG Group (Union Française de Gestion, subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe) as Relations Director in charge of the development of external networks (CGPI – Networks – Platforms), then held the position of Commercial Director of La Française AM Partenaires.
Since 2013, Gilles has been Managing Director of CD Partenaires and Retail Sales Director of the La Française group.
Gilles followed a course in human resources management at CELSA (Ecole des Hautes Etudes en sciences de l’information et de la communication) and at the Reims Management School (MBA).

Charles de Cointet worked for 14 years as sales director at La Française AM.
He joined France Valley with the mission of marketing Usufruimmo, a real estate multi-management fund, as well as the range of land, forestry and wine assets, dedicated to institutional investors.
Charles is a graduate of EBS Paris – European Business School.

After initial experience in capital markets at Morgan Stanley and then in strategy at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, Marc joined Kearney as a strategy consultant in Paris. He then joined the Figana investment fund in Paris as Director of Strategy and right-hand man to the Chairman and CEO.
Marc is a graduate of HEC Paris, Université Paris-Dauphine and Ecole Polytechnique.
Today, as Director of Strategy at France Valley, he is involved in the roll-out of France Valley and the development of the company's strategy.

Laurence has worked in wealth management for over 10 years. She began her career within the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, then joined the company PERL (Pierre Epargne Retraite Logement) in 2012 as sales manager and then director of IDF and South-East partner relations.
She then joined the La Française group, before joining the France Valley team to participate in its development.
Laurence has a degree in business law and a Masters in Heritage Management from Clermont-Ferrand.

Eric began his career in the financial press as a journalist. In 1991, he co-founded the magazine Gestion de Fortune, leader in the wealth press. Editor-in-chief of this medium until 2011, he left publishing to become a consultant on private management issues in France and Luxembourg.
In 2013, he joins CD Partenaires (La Française AM Group) as director of offers and services. In 2020, Eric joined France Valley as Associate Director.
Author of several financial works, Eric followed a course at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations, IEP Bordeaux and the Professional Training Center for Journalists.

Bertrand began his career at Amundi in 2007. There, he was Head of Structuring for Institutional Real Estate Funds from 2011 to 2014. He then joined the La Française Group, where he was Product Development Manager, then Real Estate Marketing Director from 2017 to 2022.
He has now joined France Valley, where his main responsibilities include structuring and marketing the product offering.

Matthieu has spent his entire career within the Portzamparc group, first on the trading floor with informed investors in listed small and mid-caps and then in the development of the management company's assets with asset professionals. on French territory.
He joined France Valley to participate in the development of the company.
Matthieu is a graduate in business law and holds a Master's degree in Financial Analysis and Strategy from the University of Rennes.

With a Master Grande Ecole degree from EDHEC Business School, Emilie developed her marketing expertise to support business development at Vacheron Constantin in the watchmaking sector, then in the B2B Tech world.
She chose forestry investment as a new direction, thus giving substance to her passion for the industry and her desire to play a part in the challenges of climate change and biodiversity.
Her experience will bring a fresh perspective and reinforce our efforts to raise capital from institutional players.

After obtaining a master's degree in International and European Law from Assas, Arnaud began the first part of his career in specialized mass distribution in Reims.
He joined the world of wealth management in 2000 within the Allianz group,
then returned to Paris where in 2002 he joined La Française AM, where he learned about natural active ingredients.
He continued his career at Keys Reim before joining the France Valley team.
To improve his skills, he took the DU “engineering and management of real estate assets” from the Gustave Eiffel University and obtained the AMF sustainable finance certification.
He is now at France Valley to participate in the development of the company, particularly in the Grand-Est sector.

Paul obtained his Master 2 degree in Finance on a work-study basis at Société Générale, at the Kedge Business School. He then continued his studies by completing a Master's degree specialized in asset management and business real estate at IMPI.
After his studies, Paul started as a Wealth Management Advisor at Société Générale, he then joined two independent firms, Astoria Finance and Dauphine Patrimoine, also as CGP.
He is now at France Valley to participate in the development of the company, particularly in the Grand-Ouest sector.
