I can't remember my username, how can I find out what it is ?
You can find your identifier in all the letters we have sent you, in particular on your tax certificates. If necessary, we invite you to contact our Back-Office service. You can contact them by telephone on 01 82 83 33 85 or by email at backoffice@francevalley.com.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
Simply click on forgotten password and a new temporary password will be sent to you by email.
My temporary password doesn't work, what should I do ?
Make sure you don’t copy the period at the end of the temporary password. If the error persists, we invite you to contact our Back-Office service. You can contact them by telephone on 01 82 83 33 85 or by email at backoffice@francevalley.com.
I'd like to resubscribe but my information has changed, how do I change it ?
From your Customer Area, click on the link “click if subscription information has changed”.
Where can I find my tax certificate ?
You will find your tax certificate from your Customer Area in the “my subscriptions” tab.
Where can I find my tax slips?
You will find your slips in your Customer Area in the “my tax and AG information” tab.
Where can I find the General Meeting documents?
You will find these documents in your Customer Area in the “my reports” tab.
How can I find out the redemption value of my investments ?
You have access to this information in your Customer Area in the “my subscriptions” tab.
