New vineyards !

France Valley is expanding its wine heritage with the acquisition of 28 acres of vines located in the Marne department. These plots, owned by GFV France Valley III, are mainly composed of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, classified Premier Cru.

In accordance with France Valley's management choices, the farm has the High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) label. The areas are now rented to Baptiste Easter, who thus takes over from his father on these vines sold by the previous lessor. Taking into account a sale of “occupied” vines, they were acquired at a discount of 25% compared to the free value (past performance is no guarantee of future performance). This expansion consolidates our expertise as a specialist in forestry assets with 40,000 hectares of forest in France and Europe, and wine assets, with 26 hectares of vines in Champagne.
