GFI France Valley Patrimoine now owns the 1,170-hectare Forêt du Parc Pereire in Gironde, a few dozen kilometers from the Bay of Arcachon. This is GFI France Valley Patrimoine’s first significant presence in the Landes de Gascogne forest, enabling it to further diversify its plantations and tree species with Maritime Pine and Eucalyptus. The plots offer excellent growth potential and are particularly well organized. The GFI will implement its commitment to alternative management in this area, where regular forestry takes precedence.
