After an initial acquisition in 2019 in Moussy, the Société de Gestion has strengthened its partnership with the Champagne wine industry. With 31 operations covering 26 hectares, including 8 hectares in 2023 (representing 4% of transactions), France Valley is committed to maximizing its environmental and social impact.

With 70% of its acquisitions in areas where there are no vineyard claims, the management company aims to promote environmental certification, with 88% of its operators certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale, Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) or Bio. Despite criticisms of land grabbing, France Valley maintains its independence, involving over 1,500 individual investors in its operations, and is willing to sell vines to lessees on request. There is a risk of capital loss.
