New acquisitions in Champagne

Foncière Champenoise France Valley I has required new vineyards located in the Marne department, spread over the municipality of Taissy and Trois-Puits. The vineyard land assets are included in the production area of the Champagne AOC label and classified as First Growth. The property comprises eight plots over a surface area of 1.28 hectares, mainly comprised of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

France Valley has also become the owner of the vineyards located in Balnot-sur-Laignes, in the department of Aube (owned by Foncière Champenoise France Valley II). These vineyards are mainly comprised of Pinot Noir. The property consists of seven plots totalling 0.51 hectares. These two transactions provide the opportunity to assist independent winegrowers. As at 31.05.2023, France Valley had viticulture assets of 19 hectares, giving a total of 21 estates, seven of which are classified as First Growth.
