In January 2023, Champagne sales achieved a record level since 2015, reaching a total of 19.1 million bottles. All market participants recorded a 4.9% increase in sales compared to 2022, with a 26.7% increase for Cooperatives, 9.5% for Winegrowers and 1.8% for Champagne Houses.
