Nicolas Bauget vineyards

These vineyards are located on the southern slopes of Epernay (municipalities of Mancy and Morangis), with no vintage claim but very well located. The property consists of 11 plots totalling 3.2944 hectares. Located perpendicular to the Marne on its left bank and exposed to the south-east, the vineyard enjoys heat and sunshine, enabling the grapes to mature perfectly. Its chalky subsoil allows efficient natural condensation. These cultivation criteria make it possible to make the most of the Valley’s three grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay) and, in this case on these plots, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Nicolas Bauget will be responsible for the operation of the vineyards, thereby enabling him to continue the family venture and produce a superb champagne that France Valley will be delighted to offer its investors in its next catalogue !
